About

Meet the Author

Laura Foley is an Irish author hailing from the Kilkenny Countryside where she grew up on a small dairy farm. She now lives on the coast of Wexford with her husband and three children.

With a BA (hons) in Applied Social Studies, she graduated top of her class in 2016. Although writing for four years at this point, after completing her thesis she finally found the confidence to consider writing as a career.

Laura likes to write in every age category from picture book to adult. But specifically, she only writes stories centralized around Irish characters and places. She also loves writing with lyrical tones and enjoys stories that take place within time or place constraints to amplify the emotions of both the characters and readers.

Fans of the female Irish literary scene will be drawn to her romance work.
